We hired United Pest Solutions after struggling for years to rid of our Odorous House ants. The tech came out exactly as scheduled and was very knowledgeable and personable. He gave me an education on our specific ant problem and the treatment path of solution. We saw an immediate improvement. Rodents & bugs should be frightened! Their communication via text is great about arrival time. The technician always leaves notes with helpful information. The only downside is their archaic website. It's clunky, doesn't always work for payment on the 1st attempt.

We're in a multifamily community, so it's a bit concerning when you share walls and don't know exactly where the ants are coming from. Ernest, our technician, was professional, informative, friendly, and kind. Only time will tell if their treatment worked on our pesky ant situation, but they seemed thorough and we haven't seen any a week later.

It's been 2 days since the follow up visits and only finding 3 dead ants and none living. Tech found a nest out back and thinks that's the cause of the return. Nest has been exterminated. Tech is very conscientious and thorough.

Ernest has serviced our property countless times, and he is the epitome of his namesake! He’s always devoted to doing the very best job and is kind and respectful about his job (and everything he comes into contact with) when he’s on your property. His kind passive manner may go unnoticed, but he deserves 10 stars! This time servicing my backyard, he noticed our gate latch was just hanging by a thread of a rusted screw. He fixed it with two brand new industrial-looking screws where it laches again! I don’t even think the gate latched when we moved in. 10 Stars for Ernest and his kindness, flawless work ethic, and customer service. I haven’t had but 2-3 spiders in our basement since they’ve started servicing our property. Hire them and you won’t be disappointed.

Great integrity. I called and explained my situation and they asked me to email them some pictures. From the pictures they identified what I was dealing with and told me how I could take care of it myself. No charge. Other companies that I had contacted wanted to charge $$$ to come out and inspect the house. One insisted that I sign up for a quarterly treatment plan. But not United Pest Solutions. They did not waste my time or money, and I really respect that.

He returned in the morning to remove the dead rat. He was very professional and so helpful!!! Everyone on the phone was very good to work with as well!!
